Shipping and Delivery
Overview
Our priority is to provide you with exceptional service and a seamless delivery experience. We carefully select our shipping methods to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and on time, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 business days. Transit times usually range from 2-6 business days, depending on your location, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is on back-order, we will notify you within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on any day will be processed the following business day. To optimize shipping costs, some items may be sent in separate packages.
Delivery Service Process
We partner with trusted third-party carriers to provide Curbside Delivery, ensuring your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. This service includes delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway but does not include setup, assembly, or packaging removal. For freight shipments, pallets are considered part of the packaging, and we are unable to take responsibility for their use or disposal.
Once your order arrives at a local delivery terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment. Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM within a scheduled 4-hour window. Your item will be delivered via a lift-gate truck, and the driver will unload it at the curb. Since drivers are not able to assist beyond this point, please plan accordingly to move your items into your home or garage.
To ensure everything arrives in good condition, we kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. Please note any visible damage on the Proof of Delivery receipt before signing. If significant damage prevents you from accepting the order, you may refuse delivery—just be sure to indicate the reason on the receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries, and the driver cannot complete the drop-off without it.
Since deliveries are handled by third-party providers, we have limited control over scheduling and access limitations. If the delivery truck is unable to reach your location safely, the carrier may need to arrange an alternative solution, which could result in additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any questions along the way!
