Shipping & Delivery

  • Large-item deliveries are typically scheduled Monday–Friday during business hours.

  • A signature from someone 18 years or older is required at delivery.

  • Customers must inspect items at delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may limit claims.

  • Do not refuse delivery, even if items appear damaged. Contact us immediately at smashinventory@gmail.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.

Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (excluding final sale, clearance, or custom-made items).

  • A 25% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs apply to all returns.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Clearance, custom, and made-to-order products are non-returnable.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge. After that, cancellation requests are subject to the return policy.

Product Variations

  • Natural materials (wood, stone, leather, etc.) will vary in color, grain, and texture. These variations are not defects.

  • Product photos may look different in person due to lighting and screen resolution differences.
